I wanted to drop a quick email in case you have a someone new to the area who is not ready to buy Breckenridge real estate. My Breckenridge condo is available since June 1 for short term/summer to fall rental and is fully furnished.
Mud season and the cold weather have affected rental activity in Summit county so everything is delayed. Until my condo is rented short/long term, it is available weekly and by the month, available now. Please see below and also the attached revised flyer.
The Breckenridge condo is 5 years old with top grade finishes. I have attached the flyer. The big deck on the outside of the building is for this condo.
This is a luxury 2BR/2BA condo that sleeps 6 when you have guests. It’s set up with two queen beds (one in each bedroom) so is perfect for roommates and you have the sleeper sofa for guests. You can walk to restaurants and night life and it’s easy access to the highway and 1/2 block from the FREE skier shuttle. Five minutes from Copper Mountain, 8-10 minutes from Breckenridge and Keystone Colorado real estate (central to all the resorts).
The Breckenridge condo has granite counters, nice finishes and lots of closet space. Full Kitchen with GE Profile Appliances. The condo has a full size washer and dryer, fireplace, leather sofas, carport for a regular size vehicle. Long bed/work trucks can park on the side of the building in the extra parking.. The beds are queen and “orthopedics” quality. There is a storage closet on the side of the building if you have bikes and skis.
This is a NO PETS/NO SMOKING condo. The condo has vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, a huge deck with a gas grill. The building is more residential so you”ll have few tourists in the building.
In addition to fine dining two blocks away, the condo backs up to the Alpine Health Food Store (a “mini” Whole Foods) and the Frisco Depot, a new pizza/pasta casual dining that is inexpensive. 3 blocks to the summer festivals and shopping district
